That is less than 1,000 miles per year! The exterior is Electron Blue that has had a paint correction and looks phenomenal! A paint correction is performed by trained professionals that essentially removed the top layer of clear coat creating a new top layer of clear coat that has not been effected by age, sun exposure or any other potential hazards that the car and paint have been exposed to over the years. Only 531 convertibles were produced in this color in 2003.  The convertible top is also black and is in mint condition! The interior is black leather and is in excellent condition!

This Vette is powered by undoubtedly one of the best engines ever made, an aluminum 5.7L LS1 V8 producing 350hp and 350 ft pounds of torque! It is mated with a Borg-Warner T-56 6-speed transmission allowing you to feel the power in every gear! With a 0-60mph in under 5 seconds and a highway mpg of 28 you really cannot ask for a better performing sportscar! It is also equipped with active handling the first ever stability system on a Corvette.

The 5th generation Corvette (C5) was the most completely redesigned Corvette since the Corvette’s inception in 1953. Production started in 1996 but wasn’t released to the public until 1997 and continued until 2004. The new design featured many new concepts and manufacturing breakthroughs that would be carried forward to the C6 & C7. It had vastly improved aerodynamics in every area over the previous C4 design. Innovations included a 0.29 drag coefficient, near 50/50 weight distribution and weighed less than the C4. For its first year, the C5 as only available as a coupe although the new platform was designed from the ground up to be a convertible which returned in 1998.
